Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a natural or dramatic look based on client preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style and recommend suitable options
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up care using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
• Stay current on the latest lash trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extension application preferred
• Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a steady hand and keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and recommend services
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon or spa setting
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Experience with other beauty services such as makeup application, body waxing, or hair styling is a plus
