What You’ll Do

• Provide classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with impeccable precision
• Deliver a five-star client experience from consultation to aftercare
• Educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance
• Maintain luxury-level sanitation, hygiene, and workspace presentation
• Keep accurate client records and track service preferences
• Collaborate with our team to uphold the salon’s upscale brand and atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Connecticut license (Lash Technician, Esthetician, or dual-licensed)
• Proven experience creating high-quality lash sets
• Portfolio or client list demonstrating precision and artistry
• Professionalism, reliability, and passion for client satisfaction
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Flexibility for evenings and weekend

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay + commission based on clients you bring into the salon
• 100% of tips go to you
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
