MONICA AMORA BROWS is looking for a talented, professional Lash Artist to join our growing beauty business.

We are known for delivering high-quality brow services with honesty, luxury client experience, and results-driven artistry. We are looking for someone who aligns with those same standards and is passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

This is more than just doing lashes—we are looking for someone who values professionalism, client relationships, retention, and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (not required but should be something to work towards if you don’t currently have it)
• Lash Extension Certification from a reputable training program (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on lash extension experience preferred
• Strong portfolio of work (Classic, Hybrid, Volume if offered)
• Knowledge of lash health, retention, sanitation, and proper isolation
• Professional communication and strong client service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Must align with our business values: honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect

Bonus Qualifications:

• Lash Lift + Tint Certification
• Existing clientele
• Strong social media/content creation skills
• Brow industry knowledge

Position Options:

(Employee or Commission-Based Structure depending on experience)
