Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash Artist to join our vibrant beauty team! Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
• Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all health regulations related to sanitation and sterilization.
• Provide exceptional guest services by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, maximizing client flow.
• Promote retail sales of lash care products, aftercare kits, and other beauty essentials through effective upselling techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations by participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extensions preferred.
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating skill and artistry.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
• Additional skills such as makeup application, body waxing, hair styling, or nail care are advantageous but not required.
