What you’ll do

• Perform eyelash extension services with precision and creativity, tailoring each service to meet individual client needs.
• Utilize salon software, including Vagaro, to manage appointments, track client preferences, and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Engage with clients through exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork and positivity.

Basic qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or aesthetics license.
• Strong knowledge of eyelash extensions and lash lifts
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry.
• Experience in eyelash extension application and lash lifts.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like Vagaro.
• Proficiency in additional beauty services such as body waxing and brow services.
