Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and other eye enhancement treatments to meet client preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services and build relationships
• Upsell retail products like lash serums, cleansers, and aftercare kits to enhance client results
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application and lash lifting techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures in a salon setting
• Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatments and aftercare
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Experience in social media management for marketing or client engagement is a plus
• Additional skills in hair styling, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules

Pay: $25.16 - $30.30 per hour
