Elevated Beauty is looking for a motivated and talented Lash Artist / Esthetician to join our growing beauty studio as an independent contractor.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, provides excellent customer service, and is experienced in lash and beauty services. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting flexibility while growing their clientele in a luxury-style salon environment.

Compensation:

• 40% commission + 100% tips
• Flexible schedule
• Acess to salon provided products and supplies provided for most services
• Booking and marketing support available

Services We Are Looking For:

• Eyelash extensions
• Lash lifts and tints
• Brow services
• Facial and/or body waxing

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality beauty services in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Valid Florida esthetician or cosmetology license
• Lash certification and experience preferred
• Waxing experience preferred
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong customer service skills
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow

Preferred:

• Existing clientele is a plus but not required
• Social media/Instagram portfolio preferred
