Lash Artist/ Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Lash Artist/Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver expert eyelash extension services, along with a variety of other beauty treatments, to help clients look and feel their best. This would be commission based of %50 (Hourly $22.50-45.50) With a 6month contract of commitment. The Lash Bar is committed to market on your behalf and build a returning client retention. Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Provide additional beauty services such as brow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts to enhance client results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations
• Engage with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software for efficient operations
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and upselling complementary services to maximize client satisfaction
• Promote the salon’s services through social media management and client engagement strategies
• Ensure a welcoming front desk experience by greeting clients, managing inquiries, and supporting guest services
• Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, or hair extensions

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in lash extensions or advanced beauty treatments preferred
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application and other esthetic services such as body waxing or makeup application
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment
• Experience in retail sales, social media management, and customer service highly valued
• Ability to perform under pressure while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting
