LashBar Downtown San Diego is a small but skilled team that is looking to add an another experienced lash stylist our family. Our stylists love to share tips and tricks with one another and help each other grow individually as well as a team. Our management team is focused on helping you achieve your career goals. We believe this provides the best environment for you to focus on how to help your guests achieve their eyelash goals.

As a lash stylist, you will provide guests with a variety of lash services, education, and more while earning $19-$35+/hr in total pay.

Requirements:

• Must have a California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Must be responsible and prompt
• Must have a passion for eyelashes
• Must be able to handmake fans
• Must be able to provide clear and concise communication with guests

Responsibility:

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Check in and check out process
• Provide quality services to customers
• Help with keeping salon compliant with state board regulations
• Educate and recommend exclusive LashBar™ aftercare products to guest

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Monday, Thursday, Friday (9:15 AM to 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM to 4:30 PM)
or if you prefer a 5-day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:15 AM to 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM to 4:30 PM)

Temporary first month schedule: Tuesday – Friday (9:15 AM – 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM – 4:30 PM)

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Preferred)
• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
