LashBar La Mesa is hiring a Full-Time Lash Stylist! We are looking for a motivated artist who is passionate about eyelash extensions, guest experience, retention, and building a lasting career within the beauty industry.

LashBar La Mesa is proudly female-owned and operated by MSKY Beauty. Owner Jess, a Master Esthetician, oversees 4 LashBar locations throughout San Diego, giving our stylists the benefit of multiple managers, advanced trainings, hands-on support, and a large team environment.

With an energetic, fun, tight-knit team of 5 stylists and guest demand for a 6th, this is an exciting opportunity for a new stylist to step into an already thriving salon, build books quickly, and grow earnings beyond base pay.

Requirements

• California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Lash extension experience required
• Some handmade fan experience
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow
• Friday & Saturday availability required
• 4 days minimum / 5 days preferred

Pay: $22–$30+ per hour including hourly, tips, and commission

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

• This position requires a minimum 4-day work week with Friday and Saturday availability. Standard salon hours are Monday–Friday 9:15 AM–6:15 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM–4:30 PM. Are you available to commit to this schedule long-term?
• Do you have prior eyelash extension experience and a foundation in handmade volume fans?

Work Location: In person
