Lash Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team offering lash extension services in our west Ashley location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, specifically in eyelash extensions and related treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring high-quality results.
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments and client records.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a related beauty field is preferred.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment management is desirable.
• Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales will be beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
