Duties

• Deliver professional skincare treatments including an array of facials, full body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.
• Perform detailed nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades spray tanning applications and nail designs that complement clients’ features.
• Conduct nail, waxing, lash, tanning and facial services to enhance clients’ overall look.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and retail options while upselling additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations consistently.
• Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and advanced skin care techniques to provide innovative solutions.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with a focus on skincare treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy preferred.
• Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail art, and pedicures with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques including extensions, threading, and barbering is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail sales concepts like retail math and upselling strategies to boost product sales effectively.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients about services and products clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
