Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. We are expanding and growing as we move into a brand new building! In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty services, focusing on lash extensions, while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in various beauty treatments, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products based on client needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and enhance their experience.
• Participate in social media management to promote services and engage with the community.
• Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Experience in lash extensions is preferred. We will train the right person!
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Previous spa experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
