Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and tinting to create stunning, customized looks for clients.
• Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other esthetic treatments.
• Conduct nail care services including manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Skilled in cosmetology techniques such as eyelash extensions and PMU (if applicable), and nail care.
• Familiarity with advanced esthetic treatments including dermabrasion, hydrafacial, and body waxing.
• Experience in retail sales strategies with a focus on upselling products like skincare lines.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes.
• Strong communication skills paired with hospitality-minded guest services approach to create welcoming atmospheres.
