Job Overview:

PNY Pink is looking for a skilled and creative Lashes Instructor who can professionally train students in modern eyelash extension techniques and beauty salon practices. The ideal candidate should have strong practical expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver hands-on training sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theory-based training related to eyelash extensions and lash styling
• Teach students about classic lashes, volume lashes, hybrid lashes, lash lifting, and lash care techniques
• Guide students in modern lash trends and advanced application techniques
• Conduct hands-on practice sessions and student assessments
• Maintain professional classroom environment and discipline
• Assist management in course planning and student progress evaluation
• Ensure proper use and handling of lash tools and products
• Share industry knowledge, hygiene standards, and salon ethics with students

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Eyelash Extensions & Lash Styling
• Knowledge of Classic, Hybrid, Volume Lashes, and Lash Lift Techniques
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations
• Creative mindset with updated beauty industry trends
• Professional behavior and classroom management skills

Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma in Beauty or Lash Technology
• Relevant certifications will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Lash Industry or Teaching

Working Schedule:

• 2–3 Hours per Lecture
• 2 Days per Week (Visit-Based)

Compensation:

• PKR 4,000 – 5,000 per lecture (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Pay: Rs4,000.00 - Rs5,000.00 per day
