Last Mile & Mid Mile Manager – GCC

Location: KSA

Reports To: Ops. Director.

Role Overview

Lead and optimize Eyewa’s mid-mile and last-mile operations across the GCC. Own delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience by managing logistics partners, improving processes, and enhancing last-mile technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily mid-mile and last-mile delivery operations across all GCC markets.

Drive operational KPIs: on-time delivery, cost per order, RTO, and NPS.

Lead cost optimization projects through route efficiency, fleet mix, and delivery consolidation.

Manage and negotiate contracts with 3PL and delivery vendors to improve service levels and reduce cost.

Collaborate with Tech teams to enhance the last-mile app, improve live tracking, and automate dispatch visibility.

Identify and close performance gaps using data analysis and process improvement tools.

Partner with Warehouse, CX, and Finance to ensure seamless fulfillment and cost control.

Build, mentor, and develop logistics teams and local operations leads.

Ensure compliance, safety, and service quality across all regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.

8+ years in logistics or e-commerce delivery; 3+ years in managerial role.

Should have run a fleet of at least 50 Cars / Bikes / Vans / Trucks.

Worked with multiple 3PLs on key metrics for delivery.

Proven record in cost optimization, vendor management, and operational excellence.

Strong understanding of GCC logistics landscape and last-mile technologies.

Proficiency in logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS) and data tools (Excel, Power BI).

Arabic and English Proficiency is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or master’s in operations / supply chain.

Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.

Experience with tech-driven delivery models or app-based last-mile operations.
