Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• At least 4 years experience in logistics, delivery operation, supply chain or marketplace operations,
• Experience in performance management, planning or business analysis,
• Strong command of Excel ; SQL experience is a plus,
• Ability to turn data into insights and insights into actions,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Structured, detail-oriented and disciplined way of working,
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and external partners,
• Good command of English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop the team by setting clear goals, following performance, and ensuring strong collaboration,
• Monitor and improve last mile delivery performance,
• Identify root causes behind performance issues and create clear action plans,
• Lead regular performance review meetings with delivery partners,
• Follow recurring delay problems and turn them into improvement actions,
• Support planning for delivery areas, returns and volume distribution,
• Assess delivery partner capacity and performance before new expansions or partnerships,
• Work closely with product, tech and operations teams to report system issues and improve processes,
• Support strategic decisions with scenario analysis and planning insight,
• Ensure regular follow-up of action items with internal teams and external partners.
