Our global business partner is currently looking for a Spare Parts Manager to join their team in the industrial sector.

Manage and improve spare parts procurement processes for technical products

Increase spare parts revenue in line with defined targets

Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover

Manage supplier relationships and perform cost and quality analyses

Improve the efficiency of warehouse operations

Monitor order, delivery, and inventory processes through ERP systems

Ensure customer satisfaction by working in coordination with after-sales services

Be responsible for team management and employee development

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports

Manage budgets and ensure cost control
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Good command of written and spoken English

Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts management, after-sales, or related functions

Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes

Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills
-
Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
-
Active driver with a valid driver’s license
