Spare Parts Manager

Our global business partner is currently looking for a Spare Parts Manager to join their team in the industrial sector.

  • Manage and improve spare parts procurement processes for technical products
  • Increase spare parts revenue in line with defined targets
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover
  • Manage supplier relationships and perform cost and quality analyses
  • Improve the efficiency of warehouse operations
  • Monitor order, delivery, and inventory processes through ERP systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working in coordination with after-sales services
  • Be responsible for team management and employee development
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts management, after-sales, or related functions
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Active driver with a valid driver’s license
