As an Assistant Manager – LMS, you will be responsible for managing Last-Mile Wireless and Wireline media feasibility, vendor coordination, procurement, delivery, and ongoing support. You will play a critical role in ensuring uptime, service quality, and seamless delivery of last-mile connectivity by managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting issues, and meeting business SLAs. The role requires strong technical expertise, vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end LMS delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Last-Mile Feasibility & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PAN-India MBB/ISP vendors for broadband delivery and installation.
  • Conduct last-mile feasibility checks (Wireless LTE & Wireline) and ensure accuracy in feasibility reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendor partners.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle – feasibility, onboarding, vendor registration, procurement, delivery, and support.
  • Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs (Uptime, Delivery Timelines, and Service Quality).

2. Service Delivery & Operations

  • Coordinate with vendors for timely installation and delivery at client premises.
  • Track variance between committed delivery timelines and actual completion.
  • Take ownership of vendor/customer escalations raised via NOC and ensure timely resolution.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related issues in collaboration with telecom operators and internal teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation of vendor data, feasibility reports, and delivery processes.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Measure LMS vendor performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate MIS and performance reports for management review.
  • Document technical knowledge, troubleshooting procedures, and operational manuals.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Wireless LTE and Wireline connectivity in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in vendor procurement, evaluation, and relationship management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior working experience as a Network Engineer / Service Delivery Engineer preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing, vendor-facing, and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (IT/Telecom background preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in Networking/Telecom will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
