Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour

We are seeking a Launch Advisor to lead the high-visibility transition of Premier Agents into our Preferred Network. Serving as the strategic and operational "anchor," you will own the full sales and integration lifecycle, ensuring a seamless journey from the initial pitch to active network participation.

In this partner-facing role, you will drive growth through consultative Zoom presentations, execute technical enrollments with precision, and lead initial training sessions to set our partners up for long-term success. If you are a persuasive communicator who excels at blending sales strategy with hands-on technical integration, we want you to be the driving force behind our network expansion.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales or strategic consulting, with a focus on navigating complex real estate partnerships. You must be a "process architect" adept at managing tight deadlines and a sophisticated sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau), ensuring that every new partner is expertly onboarded, coached to program requirements, and successfully transitioned for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with current and potential Premier Agent partners with the highest level of professionalism and skill.
  • Skillfully conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations and consultative program recommendations, all while demonstrating an authentic desire for the partner to meet their professional goals.
  • Maintain timely schedule for all partner touchpoints to stay on track for key milestones from pitch to enrollment.
  • Close new Premier Agent Preferred Network partners through prospecting, assessing, and presenting to potential team leads and real estate professionals.
  • Represent as subject matter expert in Preferred Network processes and requirements.
  • Complete all necessary enrollment steps for new partners transitioning to the Preferred Network program.
  • Onboard and provide initial training to new partners, including coaching to requirements of the program and ensuring profile functionality is set up.
  • Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries.
  • Seek answers through collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Introduce the new partner to their Growth Advisor and ensure successful transition of account ownership.
  • Expertly navigate sales tools and programs to monitor and accomplish tasks, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Google Suite.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales and/or partner facing support experience, with preference for selling, coaching, or consulting Enterprise-level strategic partners in real estate.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Extraordinary communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage in an autonomous environment.
  • High ethical values and integrity.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar work management software preferred.
  • College Degree is preferred.
