About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Launch Manager to take full ownership of bringing new products to market — from concept validation through post-launch optimization. This role is critical to ensuring each launch is executed with speed, precision, and profitability.

As Launch Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end launch process for all new SKUs, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You will manage go-to-market roadmaps, align launch strategies with internal stakeholders, and monitor performance against key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the 90-day launch roadmap for all new SKUs, from research handoff to post-launch review.
  • Manage listing creation, including optimized titles, bullet points, A+ Content, images, and SEO keywords.
  • Coordinate with PPC/Performance Marketing teams on pre-launch and Day 1 campaigns.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment with inventory, logistics, finance, and creative assets.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing validation pre-launch.
  • Deliver weekly launch status updates highlighting risks, blockers, and timelines.
  • Monitor launch KPIs (CTR, CVR, TACoS, review velocity) and report results.
  • Identify lessons learned and systematize improvements for future launches.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6+ years of experience in e-commerce product launches (Amazon preferred)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Expertise in listing optimization, keyword mapping, and Amazon compliance
  • Familiarity with PPC launch campaigns and demand forecasting
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience with Walmart, TikTok Shop, or DTC launches
  • Exposure to analytics dashboards (Helium 10, Data Dive, GA4, Looker)
  • Understanding of A/B testing for creatives and pricing
  • Prior experience in Latin America or Eastern Europe e-commerce markets

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • 100% of launches shipped on-time, fully optimized, and error-free
  • At least 3 high-performing launches that meet or exceed revenue projections
  • Consistent communication across teams with no inventory, creative, or PPC misalignment
  • Documented playbooks that improve speed-to-market and launch ROI

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs562,000.00 per month
