About the Role:

We are seeking a Launch Trainer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will guide new dealers through the onboarding process and ensure they are fully prepared to utilize our platform’s tools and features. Ideal candidates are career-minded professionals with strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven capacity for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new dealers.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions focused on platform features, best practices, and tools to maximize dealer success.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any concerns raised during the launch phase, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

  • Dealer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with dealers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Proactive: Able to anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.

  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Positive Attitude: Maintains an optimistic outlook, even when faced with obstacles.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the launch process.


What Success Looks Like:

Success as a Launch Trainer means you’re not just delivering training — you’re ensuring that new product, system, or process launches are understood, adopted, and executed smoothly across teams.

  • You understand the product or process inside and out — not just what to teach but why it matters.
  • You clearly communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.

  • You act as a bridge between product, operations, and end users to ensure alignment and understanding.

  • Continuously refine content based on feedback and launch outcomes.

  • Identify learning gaps early and proactively address them.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Travel: Willingness to travel 75–90% of the time (approximately 15–20 days per month).
  • High School Diploma and Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in an automotive/dealership environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional speaking and presentation skills.
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Proven collaborative skills for working within cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Track record of quickly identifying and resolving issues in changing conditions.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing a positive experience for dealers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software applications; experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:


Compensation range:
$70,000-$75,000

Traditional Physical Requirements:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
