Laundry Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry machines and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Load and unload laundry items into washing and drying machines.
• Sort, fold, and stack cleaned linens, uniforms, and garments.
• Inspect items for cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
• Treat stains and manage items requiring special care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues.
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies.
• Collaborate with the laundry team to meet operational needs.
• Uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance laundry and operational skills.
• Adhere to company environmental, health, and safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations preferred.
• Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and heavy loads.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental practices.
