What You ll Do

* Sort laundry by fabric type, color, and level of soiling before processing
* Inspect linen and guest laundry for stains or damage, recording items that fail quality checks
* Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to safety and capacity guidelines
* Measure and add appropriate chemicals for each cycle to achieve optimal results
* Fold, press, and store linens using machines such as feeders, folders, and ironing systems
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area while ensuring safe operation of heavy equipment
* Support smooth hotel operations by delivering clean linens and uniforms on schedule

Ideal Profile

* Physically fit with the ability to carry up to 34 kilograms and push or pull up to 180 kilograms
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended hours in high-temperature areas
* Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to complete laundry-related tasks
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills for chemical usage, record-keeping, and load management
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes efficiently
* Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in hospitality is an advantage
