Laundry Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper care of all linens and garments. This position is ideal for someone with experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry services.

Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and garments according to established procedures
- Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow proper safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their care requirements
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot stains or damage on linens and garments
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
