Laundry Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the full operations of a large-scale commercial laundry, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality service, and strong client satisfaction for major corporate and B2B clients. The Laundry Operations Manager oversees end-to-end performance, drives operational efficiency, and supports business growth through effective planning and team leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end commercial laundry operation, including receiving, washing, drying, ironing, packing, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and turnaround times.
• Maintain plant efficiency through preventive maintenance, optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams, oversee shift planning, and ensure consistent productivity and performance across the facility.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee SLAs and contract execution, manage renewals, and resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Control budgets, pricing, inventory, and operational costs; prepare cost analyses for new contracts with risk assessments and obtain required approvals.
• Review financial and operational KPIs, forecast resource needs, and ensure timely collections to maintain positive cash flow.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, contributing to sales and marketing efforts, conducting market analysis, and driving operational and technology improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, environmental, and industry quality standards across all laundry operations.
