- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the laundry staff, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Monitor the proper handling and care of hotel linen, uniforms, guest laundry, and dry-cleaning services.
- Ensure that all laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained regularly.
- Train and guide laundry attendants on proper procedures and hygiene standards.
- Maintain proper records for laundry operations including usage, production, and damages.
- Manage inventory levels of laundry supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and chemical handling.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
