Laundry Supervisor

Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our laundry and ensure the highest standards of service.

✔ Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the laundry team.

* Coordinate workflow in the washing, drying, ironing, and delivery departments.

* Monitor quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall discipline.

* Handle daily issues and customer complaints professionally.

* Oversee the inventory of detergents and consumables.

* Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of laundry equipment.

* Train new employees on procedures and quality standards.

* Supervise and manage carpet cleaning operations, ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and thorough drying.

✔ Requirements:

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or a related field.

* Experience in carpet cleaning is required.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good understanding of fabric types and proper washing and ironing methods.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Fluency in English (preferred).

* Ability to work shifts, when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
