Laundry Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisors to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure quality standards, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in laundry or housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
• Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and meets quality standards
• Monitor the use of chemicals, detergents, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness and proper presentation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and report major issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laundry operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Good knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic communication skills in English
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
