We are currently seeking an experienced Law and Motion Attorney to join our growing litigation team in Los Angeles.

Position Overview

The Law and Motion Attorney will handle complex motions, oppositions, and legal pleadings in personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is an exceptional legal writer and analytical thinker with strong litigation experience and a passion for advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions including demurrers, motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and other discovery-related motions.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda on procedural and substantive issues.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop effective case strategies and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Ensure compliance with filing deadlines, court rules, and litigation procedures.
• Attend court hearings and oral arguments when required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience strongly preferred).
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
