Law Firm Case Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Case Manager to manage cases. The ideal candidate will have impeccable time management skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes and providing support to our attorneys.

Law Firm Case Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain electronic case file.
• Manage case deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering and organizing evidence, documents, and exhibits.
• Coordinate and schedule court dates, meetings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other entities.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Law Firm Case Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal case management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
