Job Description

Mid-size law firm is seeking full-time or part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. Ideal candidates for this position will be dependable, service oriented, and tech-savvy, with an excellent attendance record.

The CSR supports the firm’s call center, and must have the ability to handle a high volume of calls, both inbound and outbound. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm’s excellent record of service, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, to adapt to situations as needed within the team, and to work both individually and as a team member.

This position handles confidential information, performs clerical functions, and occasional back up for other firm positions.

Candidates must have a positive attitude; a neat, clean, professional appearance; ability to multi-task; and the ability to learn new systems.

Prior call center experience a plus, but not required.

Required skills: Typing, Microsoft Office using Outlook, Word and Excel a must
