We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Maintain office organization by managing supplies, filing systems, and general office upkeep.
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various administrative functions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Must speak Spanish fluent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.
