Job Title: Law Intern – Litigation Department and IPR Department

Location: Noida & Gurgaon

Stipend: Unpaid

Duration: 1 month

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and diligent Law Interns to join our Litigation Department. This position offers hands-on exposure to court procedures, drafting, legal research, and case management. It is an excellent opportunity for law students who want to build practical skills and gain real-time experience in litigation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents such as petitions, applications, replies, notices, and research notes.
• Conduct legal research on various statutes, case laws, and legal issues.
• Support the team in preparing case briefs and maintaining case files.
• Attend court hearings and take notes, as required.
• Coordinate with clients, associates, and external stakeholders for case-related updates.
• Provide administrative assistance to the litigation team.

Requirements

• Pursuing LL.B/ B.A. LL.B from a recognized law school.
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
