We are looking for Law Officer (Asst Manager /Dy Manager grade) who will be responsible for taking the day-to-day legal responsibilities and providing legal advice that includes all the aspects of the analysis, investigation and drafting process.

Responsibilities include:

· Well versed in Company Law, Banking Law and Law of Contract and Law relating to Intellectual property rights

· Drafting legal documents

· To produced good quality legal opinions

· Handle all activities of ongoing compliances of the company, with respect to labor and other laws

· Review of HR Policies to ensure compliance with labor laws

· In- depth research on certain subjects

· Preparation of research reports

· Assist the Head- Legal in his day-to-day functioning

Desired Candidate Profile

· Should have good communication & Comprehension skill

· Goal achievers & positive thinking

· Experience in law firms required in any practice area Should possess good knowledge on Arbitration proceedings

· Knowledge of Court proceeding stages in detail

· Knowledge of agreement drafting & negotiation skills

· Drafting of court documents like plaint, petitions, objection statements, affidavits, etc. and vetting of sale deed & lease agreements etc.

· Knowledge in title Scrutiny of Agricultural documents, and Conversion of Land from Agricultural to Non-Agricultural purpose

· Knowledge of electricity Laws

· Proceedings before Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) & Electricity Appellate Tribunal (APTEL)

· Proceedings before various consumer forums

· Well versed in Company Law, Banking Law and Law of Contract and Law relating to Intellectual property rights
