What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:
As our Lawn Care Crew Leader, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking full ownership of site quality and team performance.

• Lead by Example: Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all Mooresville properties meet our "quality-first" standards.
• Technical Ownership: Perform and oversee mowing, mulching, sod installation, and planting with precision.
• Team Mentorship: Train new crew members on equipment safety and professional landscaping techniques as a Landscape Supervisor.
• Safety Leadership: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment while maintaining a "team-first" attitude in all weather conditions.

What You Bring To The Team:

• The Experience: 1–3 years in the landscaping game. You know the drill and are ready to teach it!
• The Gear: A valid NC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for this role.
• The Grit: A strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
• Leadership Mindset: A high-energy, professional attitude and a desire to grow into a long-term management career.
