Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing residential and commercial landscaping team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are willing to learn. Experience is not required, but prior landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus.

Crew members will assist with routine lawn maintenance, landscaping projects, and seasonal services while working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Mowing grass using commercial lawn equipment
• String trimming (weed eating) around obstacles, edges, and structures
• Edging sidewalks, driveways, and curbs
• Blowing grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces
• Assisting with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, bed maintenance, and clean-ups
• Performing seasonal services including spring/fall clean-ups and other weather-related work
• Loading/unloading equipment and materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Following safety procedures and crew leader instructions

Qualifications:

• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
