Summary

As a Lawn Care and Landscaping professional, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Landscaping Supervisor, your role focuses on executing landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care. Your core skills in groundskeeping and gardening, combined with premium mechanical knowledge, will enable you to operate various tools and equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team in landscape maintenance and lawn care activities.
• Ensure proper execution of landscaping tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor work quality and safety compliance throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care
• Strong supervisory skills with a background in leading teams
• Knowledge of horticulture, gardening, and groundskeeping practices
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to effectively manage and maintain landscaping projects
