Lawn Care Crew Member

We’re looking for motivated, dependable Lawn Crew Members to join our growing team. In this role you’ll perform a variety of lawn maintenance tasks across commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing commercial properties
• Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Performing general landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and debris cleanup
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and trailers
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and job site at all times
• Following safety protocols and procedures on every job
• Providing excellent customer-facing service when on client properties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
