You will be responsible for various groundskeeping tasks that contribute to the overall health and aesthetics of lawns and gardens.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
• Engage in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, planting, and maintaining garden beds.
• Assist with tree care including pruning and removal as needed.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively while ensuring high-quality results.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and lawn care equipment is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment upkeep.
• A willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscaping practices is essential.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
