Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks
• Mow lawns, edge beds, prune trees and shrubs, and perform tree trimming to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating landscaping machinery and hand tools
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus
• Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning and trimming techniques
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
