Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticultural services. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture projects to ensure timely and quality completion
• Lead team members in operating equipment for mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, irrigation system installation and repair, and general landscape construction
• Oversee safety procedures and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during daily operations
• Conduct site assessments to determine project scope and develop work plans tailored to client needs
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for landscape maintenance and construction tasks
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, safety protocols, and customer service
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a focus on lawn care and landscaping projects
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general landscape construction techniques
• Familiarity with equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery used in landscaping
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills for planning daily tasks and managing supplies efficiently
• Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
