Position Overview

Lawn Care & Horticultural team members assist with the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes. This role involves hands-on outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal color
• Mulching, pruning, and garden bed maintenance
• Weed control and property clean-ups
• Assisting with landscape installations when required
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Providing professional service at client properties

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required (we will train motivated candidates)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred (but not required)
• Must be punctual and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
