Being a team member with Sunny LA Lawn Care entails some requirements that live up to our brand and company vision. As a team member you would be required to meet the following expectations:

• Operate equipment such as but not limited to: lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers and leaf blowers.
• Travel job to job in a timely, organized manner.
• Maintain professionalism when speaking to existing as well as new customers.
• Mow lawn to specified height as neat and structured as possible.
• Trim/edge lawns to meet the standards of Sunny LA and our customers.
• Clean up grass clippings on pavement and other surfaces to ensure no loose blades of grass to be visible after mowing the lawn.
• Bagging grass clippings and storing appropriately to be recycled upon request.
• Be a team player by working together with coworkers to achieve the most efficient outcome.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous lawn care/landscaping experience is preferred but not required as we have an expert team to train and cater to all levels of knowledge of the industry. With the will to learn and work, you will excel as a lawn care specialist with Sunny LA and have an experience unlike any other you've had before.
