Crew Leader- Lawn Care Maintenance/Specialist

Job Summary

This position is for a Crew Leader in daily operations which include the following:

• Mowing, Edging, Bed Edging, Line Trimming, Blowing
• Spraying for Weeds and Crab grass
• Prune and Trimming Hedges
• Mulch and Flower Installations
• Aerate, Seed, and Fertilize
• Shovel Snow during adverse weather conditions and put out Ice Melt
• General Landscaper and Landscaping duties

Additional Duties Consist of:

• Daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory
• Cleanup of trucks, equipment, and inventory at the end of each work day
• Load Trucks with tools, gas, and other necessary equipment and materials
• Secure all equipment safely from job site to job site

Candidates must possess the following:

• Current Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Experience with driving Trucks & pulling Trailers
• Able to be insured through the Company's Auto Insurance
• Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicator License
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to read maps for site locations
• Ability to lift 60lbs+ consistently throughout the day
• Attention to detail - an absolute must
• Availability to work "some" Saturday's if adverse conditions exist during the work week
• Ability to communicate customers questions immediately with the Operations Manager
• Address questions accurately or concerns with the clients if approached in a professional manner
• Proper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and practices of the crew
• Receive openly "on the job" training for Safety, Equipment, and Techniques
• Must be on time for the start of the workday
• Must have your own reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
