Lawn Care Specialist

Perfect Edge is looking for a motivated Lawn Care and Landscape Specialist to join our team! This role involves providing high-quality mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, using professional-grade equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing using professional stand-on mowers and handheld equipment
• Mulching, shrub trimming, and seasonal cleanups as needed
• Ensure quality control through Perfect Edge’s Yellow Slip system
• Load and unload equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Perfect Edge professionally
• Work efficiently and safely in all weather conditions
• Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs when needed

Qualifications

- Experience preferred but not required – we will train the right person

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
