We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our landscaping and lawn maintenance teams. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Lead teams in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation setup, and tree care
• Oversee construction projects related to landscape improvements and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are properly maintained and used safely
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticulture best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues, and develop effective solutions for ongoing maintenance or repairs
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to plan landscaping projects and ensure project specifications are met efficiently

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and lawn care techniques
• Proven supervising experience within landscaping or outdoor maintenance teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Skilled in irrigation systems installation and repair, tree care practices, and general construction related to landscaping projects
• Excellent understanding of equipment operation and maintenance for mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Ability to assess site conditions accurately and develop tailored maintenance plans
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors
