We are seeking team-oriented, motivated individuals who want to grow within the company and provide outstanding lawn care services. No experience is required—we provide all training. A valid driver’s license with a clean three-year driving history is required.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, and occasionally Saturdays
• Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• This is a production-based role, so the earliest you may finish for the day is 1:30 PM, depending on workload and route completion

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn care services to residential customers by making timely applications using proper techniques
• Diagnose and correct lawn issues while in the field
• Achieve weekly production goals
• Address customer questions, comments, and concerns, or refer them to the office as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of our programs and explain them clearly to current and prospective customers
• Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate and uphold our core values: positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedication, and a desire to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record for the past three years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
• Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions
• Previous lawn care experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per week
