Lawn Care Technician

Quiet Cuts Electric Lawn Care is hiring our next team member.

We're a growing, local lawn care company based in Thomas Township serving Shields, Freeland, and surrounding neighborhoods. We use 100% battery-powered equipment — 10× quieter than gas, professional-grade performance.

What you'd be doing: Mowing residential lawns, trimming, edging, blowing; running a full route with our equipment and truck. You'll train directly with the owner for the first 90 days, then run routes together with performance-based pay.

What we're offering:

— $17/hr starting pay + performance bonuses after 90 days (top performers earn $20–$25/hr)

— Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses on top of your pay

— Consistent weekly hours through the full season (spring through fall, with winter snow work)

What we need from you:

— Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

— Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

— Reliable transportation to get to the starting point each day

— Must pass a drug screening

— No felony convictions

— Dependable, on time, and ready to work hard.

— No experience required, we'll train you on everything.

Attitude and reliability matter more than a resume.
