The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Daily equipment maintenance and fueling
• Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
• Using App to track jobs and communicate with office
• Shrub trimming, weeding mulch + rock installs
• Work well with others or independently

What We’re Looking For

• Team player who shows up on time and ready to work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in changing weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Landscape or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $22/hr + performance bonuses
• Typical Pay Range: $22–$33/hr depending on performance
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 30–40+ per week
• Year-round employment, including winter work opportunities
